Bill Barnett built some 15 dragons all to the highest specs and fine quality. Leander VI spent most of her life in Victoria, Australia and won the open Victorian champs just prior to being shipped to New Zealand in early 1990.
The teak deck is only 8 years old and all wood work is in excellent condition.
Leander has always been meticulously maintained.

Pale but expectant we showed up in Hellerup to light winds and sunshine. We had nice periods waiting for wind afloat and on shore. We visited the new Clubhouse of The Royal Danish Yachtclub very close to Hellerup Yachtclub.
We saw the impressive Márblehead Trophy , had some late morning refreshments and talked about the soon to come races for the Marblehead Trophy.

May 1st is passed and we can now see 20 Challengers and 1 Defender for the 2008 races for The Marblehead Trophy. We will still accept challengers, so pls spread the word about the event. Preliminary Sailing Instructions (SI) and its attachment can be downloaded in pdf on the Event Website.
